Call failure on iPhone 14 Pro Max after iOS 26 update

i cannot make calls after i updated my ios to ios 26. Can you help me solve it. i am using iphone 14 pro max

Anytime i make a call i get call fail.

Contact your mobile carrier.

The ability to connect to their network is entirely their application.

It may indeed be related to the update.

But the carrier needs to update their on-phone software. (Generally known as Carrier Updates)

I have and they told me is coming from the update. In fact i used two different carriers and its the same
