I have a 2018 macbook pro that continuously fails internet recovery. I know the wifi is good, even tried to connect ethernet cable with usb to ethernet adapter. I am trying to reinstall the OS but cant get past internet recovery because it fails to connect to the internet. I tried booting from bootable usb to install os and still fails to connect to network.

And what is the state of your computer as it stand, can you boot up to a macOS,(?) login..(?) nothing(?)
Can you run the DIsk Utility>First Aid on your parent drive? View>Show All Device
This can be done from the Bootable USB if it is current and matching what you have
Have you confirmed that you do in fact have access to the internet? Check your Ethernet cable and connection. Reset the modem by turning it off and then restarting it. Sometimes that works.
