Hello.
Here it is 2025 - apparently FCP can transcribe text. Well, I have Sequoia 15.6.1 and a M1 Studio, but that option does not appear where it is supposed to. Perhaps there is another cute, hidden menu buried 15 clicks down?
Any guidance is appreciated.

FCP 11 can transcribe to captions.

There are free tools to convert captions to titles. editingtools dot io has one I believe.
