iOS 26 prompts me to review emergency sos settings

Hi, so here is the issue, I've installed ios 26 (16 Pro Max) and now it prompts me to review emergency sos settings. I've opened, closed, changed, turned off and on everything - the badge on settings won't go away no matter what I do. Any ideas how to get rid of it?

As I said above, I managed to get rid of it simply by erasing all the content and settings and then restored old backup from icloud. I'm pretty sure that's a software bug. There is nothing else to do to make it dissapear.

And BTW, on my new 17PM I got no notifications from YT and some other apps. Just another common issue.

Nothing at all Jeff. Unless I'm misunderstanding your question, there is only one screen, with three options for emergency call settings and a link to Health settings to review options there (I'm on an SE, iOS 26) - may be different on newer phones.). I have toggled all of them on and off in various combinations and played about with Health, with no difference.

Hi there, I am having exactly the same issue and none of the options I've found online (review, hard restart and toggling airplane mode) are working. I'm not willing to erase the phone and start over as suggested here, so unless anyone can help I may just live with the annoying red "1" and "Review Emergency SOS settings" message!
