Numbers spreadsheet on iPad unable to view top rows

Having to drag the rows downwards to view these top five rows of my spreadsheet.

I can see that the numbers of the rows have a white border from row 5 downwards.

Unable to view rows 1-4 without dragging the spreadsheet downwards. Need to unreleased this rows?

Tap or click in the table, then tap or click the concentric circles "bull's-eye" icon at the top left of the table and drag it downward to move the whole table as an object downward on the canvas.

Once you do that you should be able to view the top rows again.
