Would there be a future integration of Switch 2 Pro Controller with macOS?

Switch 2 Pro Controller is the new controller available for there Nintendo Switch 2 Console. When the bluetooth connecting method (holding the small button on the front of the controller, close to 4 LEDs) for the controller is performed. Then checking bluetooth settings in the macOS System Settings (i.e. a MacBook Pro M2 2022) - there are no appearance of a controller's tag.

Additionally, the manual does not have any mention of any use cases other than there specific setup (as two options; one, connecting to there console, and two, to the adapter).

Hence, would there be any future integration of this controller to any other platforms (specially macOS)?

We can not speculate on unannounced features about Apple/Apple products here in the communities, it is against the TOU Apple Support Communities Use Agreement - Apple Community



You can query Switch 2 Pro Controller if in doubt—if in doubt search the developers website or contact their: Support/Help/FAQ/Known issues/compatibility/updates…

Nobody here would know that information regardless of the terms of use prohibiting discussion about it. We don't work for Apple.

As you explained, there are no information provided here for integration of a product.

Assuming that Apple is committed to building, as I understand, a game framwork. What technical advice can you provide regarding Switch 2 Pro Controller and macOS, where, should I wait for the product to work or refund it immediately?

If you cannot answer this question where else can I ask for (expect the other party, since they would be in similar situation as you)?
