putting a youtube address in Finder

I use Youtube a lot for guitar lessons, and have multiple playlists on YT set up to rewatch videos. But sometimes I am in Finder and use a list of folders to find and use pdf.s etc., from certain content providers, for practice.

What I want to do is copy a Youtube URL and put into a specific folder in my Guitar Lessons folder in Finder--so when I click it, it will open Safari and go to a specific YT video (or at the very least load the YT video in an already open Safari browser). I find that I cannot copy a URL and paste it into a Finder folder. I know you can create a hyperlink in an email and in Word. Is it possible to do this in Finder?

Go to the Youtube video you want. Then just drag the URL from Safari's address bar to your desktop. That will create a .webloc file that you can copy to the specific folder you want it to be in. To use the webloc, just double-click it and it will open Safari and go to the website.
