Как разблокировать айфон 16про заблокированный мошенниками

Доброе время . У сына попросили найти айфон при помощи приложения ЛОКАТОР ! Попросили выйти из своего аккаунта , и войти в чужой . После того ,как сын вошел в чужой аккаунт, его айфон 16про сразу заблокировали ! И теперь требуют деньги , чтобы разблокировать . Айфон сына был куплен недавно , теперь лежит мертвым грузом ?!. Подскажите пожалуйста , что делать , куда обращаться ?!. Документы , чек , и гарантийный талон все имеется !!! Служба поддержки , не поддерживает !!!
