Hi, I recently purchased AppleCare for my Series 11, and I was wondering if the coverage could be extended past the initial 2 years? I’m based in Singapore by the way.

If renewing Apple Care is an option, you will see this in the WatchApp -> About -> Apple Care+ section, just before the Apple Care+ coverage ends.
I recall that Apple had a page with a fairly short list of countries for which you could renew an AppleCare+ plan, and even then for some devices. I can't find it now.
All I can see now is this page (from Apple Singapore) which refers users to "the Settings on an iPhone, iPad, or Mac associated with your Apple Account" for when the plan has expired.
If you have just commenced your AppleCare+ plan make a note of when it expires, then you will have 45 days to renew if the Apple Watch is in the list of qualifying devices in countries where a renewal is available.
