iPhone 17 Pro with persistent call log and message blanking issues

I bought a brand-new iPhone 17 Pro expecting quality, but the experience has been terrible. I’ve visited the Apple Store 6 times, even got a replacement, and the same issues continue. The call log and messages go completely blank, forcing me to restart the phone just to make one call — then it happens again. I’ve wasted hours going back and forth and feel extremely frustrated. I expect a full refund or a properly working device, plus some goodwill compensation for the time and stress I’ve gone through.

You have posted to a user-to-user site. We are all users here......just like you. We have no control over Apple's policies or decisions.


Apple is not here. They will not see your post or reply.


Unless the policies are different in your country, you have 14 days to return the phone for a refund. You'll have to work with Apple on your other requests.
