How do I reset Screen Time password on my iPhone?

a few years ago I was messing around and set screen time up, then immediately forgot the password like a dumb@ss. Now I can’t access the App Store or use my phone after 9 pm. I think my account used to by synced with my moms account, but it isn’t anymore, but still every time I try to fix the screen time it asks for the password. When I try to do the forgot password thing, my phone just goes to the screen that says I guessed my passcode wrong for some reason.
