Recovering money lost by mistake

I did not receive any notification within the time frame given to me that my money was refunded, even though it was not given to the Apple Store. My bank account did not receive it either. Please refund my money as soon as possible.

You can track your refund by following the steps below. If this is not helpful, then please provide more details, such as:

What did you purchase?
How did you purchase it? From the App Store? From the Apple.com Store?
Did you formally request a refund?

How to check the status of your refund request

Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in to your Apple Account.
Choose Check Status of Claims. If you don't see Check Status of Claims, you don't have any pending refund requests. Learn how to request a refund.
