Norton 360, no smart scan function.

I have installed Norton 360 on a iPhone 16 plus, but it doesn’t show the smart scan icon so I am unable to scan the phone for threats and issues. I have uninstalled and installed a dozen times, any ideas how to sort this issue, thank you.
