You might be able to, or you might not be able to. It all depends on If it is compatible to you. So, go here, and see if your country is seen:  See here: Countries and Regions that Support Apple Pay - Apple Support. If your Apple Account's country is NOT seen, then you cannot use this.

B. Go Here: If you can't Add a Card to Apple Wallet to Use with Apple Pay - Apple Support
