Since updating, my Apple Watch no longer vibrates or makes any sound. It doesn’t ring for alarms or timers, even though I have the breakthrough silence mode enabled. And it no longer vibrates or shows notifications at all without me having to check myself.

Does this work if you disable all Focus modes on the watch and iPhone?
I guess, you have already to force restarted your iPhone and Apple Watch?

watchOS 26.0.2 and iOS 26.0.1 have been installed as well?
Did you unpair it or set it up as a new device? I only unpaired mine. I really don't want to lose anything. Did it fix the problems?
I unpaired several times including setting up as new device. Still no sound or haptics.
