Using Live Translate on the 16e FaceTime App

Following the instructions on Use Live Translation on iPhone - Apple Support for using Live Translate on an iPhone. Supposedly the 16e has this feature supported. My 16e iOS is 18.7.1. I make a FaceTime call from my iPhone but there is no More button in the App window. The Translate App works fine. The translate feature of the Message App also works fine. I have this same problem (no More button) with the Phone App.
