how to solve .... any other solution

Two things come to mind with an iPhone from 2019 (6 years ago):

  1. Memory - You may be running low in storage on your phone after these many years - Open Settings > General > iPhone Storage - if you are low in storage, you need to delete things you don't need or use.
  2. Battery - If you have the original battery from when the phone was new in 2019, it likely needed to be replaced long ago - Open Settings > Battery > Battery Health - if your battery is at or below 80%, you need to pay Apple to replace the battery in your phone. This could certainly cause your phone to be running hotter and slower.

Honestly feel like we should be able to go back to the previous iOS version for stability, not saying iOS 26 is a terrible upgrade, it’s cool, but even on a 13 with a pretty new battery it still runs pretty slow and hot even a month after updating.

You may feel you should be able to downgrade, but Apple has never supported downgrading.

You are welcome to let Apple know what you think they should permit here --> Feedback - iPhone - Apple

I wouldn't hold your breath on that, however. I had dinner tonight with a friend who is running iOS 26 on an iPhone 13 and they don't seem to have any issues with it. Their phone isn't running hot or slow. Who replaced the battery in your phone out of curiosity? Apple or some iFixit kind of store?

thank you for reply

You're welcome. You ABSOLUTELY need to have your battery replaced, which is causing your issues with iOS 26.

Do NOT let anyone other than Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider replace the battery. You can schedule a battery replacement with Apple here --> iPhone Battery Replacement - Apple Support

Thanks for your reply and yeah i get why they don’t, but its just a thought.

I actually got this phone brand new not even a year ago straight from T-Mobile just because I needed to replace my 12 as soon as i could due to the screen. The battery was at 100% health and is at about 90% now.

I just found it kind of annoying my phone runs so slow after the update. However I am getting used to it and I’m hoping it improves soon because this update is pretty cool like i said before. I’m probably going to get a battery replacement from apple soon because yeah it’s health is getting pretty low
