I can’t use it. I’m a nine-year-old kid and I got my debit card like 23 months ago and it’s just not working for it and it’s really annoying me.

Electronic wallets are governed by the banking regulations of the country you’re in. Apple also restricts age of use to a minimum of 13. Some countries however, have higher minimum ages.
I can’t set up my debit card on Wallet and it just says “ can I add card cards are not supported on this account”
