Recurring charges on Apple Account for unknown purchases

I am repeatedly charged the same amount on my Apple account. Does anybody know what $2.18 would be Before or $27.43,’or $10.96.

Apple is trying to hit my Cash App account so I blocked Apple completely but it still shows every time they try to take money from my account. And it’s nothing I have purchased so I’m really confused. Any insight from anyone?
