Pushing certificates to ABM devices before user enrollment in Intune

Hello,

We are trying to enroll iOS devices to Intune through ABM, however due to a third party user identity provide and missing a known certificate on the device the users cannot enroll. Is there a way to push a certificate to an ABM device before User enrollement ?
