My mac is in dark mode, however, the background of the accent menu is white and the option is too light for the background, so i can not even see the options, what can i do to change the text colour and put it into dark mode, my computer is already in dark mode

This is a bug in macOS Tahoe, and not fixed in the 26.0.1 update. It occurs on a white background, but not on a dark background. You can see that here, where I'm decreasing the width of this Apple Support Communities post window in Safari with a second Safari window behind it, that one with a black background.
