The transaction was supposed to be completed on the game’s website through Apple Pay. The transaction went through the website’s own system (not directly via Apple Pay), and the purchase was received, but now Apple Pay is trying to process the same transaction again.
So, I made the payment on the game’s website using Apple Pay by entering my card details, then I was redirected to the Xsolla payment system, the payment went through successfully, but now my banking app keeps showing the same transaction again - this time from Apple Pay - and I can’t download apps until this transaction is completed.
On the game’s website, I can’t unlink the card because there’s no such option, and Xsolla says they can’t issue a refund.
