I was suddenly charged for a subscription that I didn't subscribe on the App Store

I was suddenly charge for a subscription that I didn't intentionally subscribe, this app charge me before the trial ends. Then I still not get the refund after I request a refund in the apple support website, please help me get the funds, I need it!
