Hello, my Apple ID is locked and I can’t unlock it through iforgot.apple.com.
It says: “This account is locked and can’t be used.”
Please help me unlock or recover my account.

Per If your Apple Account is locked, not active, or disabled - Apple Support you can request access by following the steps at https://iforgot.apple.com/unlock
However, if denied you will not be able to recover and use that Apple account again.
I went to this site(iforgot.apple.com) but it still says Apple ID is not active and cant be used.
