Facetime app in mac os Tahoe: any way to remove at least the basic interface mistakes?

Am I the only one who finds that the new FaceTime interface in Mac Os Tahoe is just terrible? I am talking about the app, not the service.

  1. Anybody has found a way to get rid of the uselessa, space-consuming and annoying tile organization of the recent calls and replace it with an ordered list (recent, or alphabetical) of names/numbers?
  2. Anybody has found a way to remove all recent calls? The menu option to remove all recent, originally under the FaceTime menu, disappeared, and apparently these have to be removed one by one. This is nonsense
  3. Anybody has found a way NOT to have phone calls listed in the Recent pane (this was a wrong design decision also of the previous FaceTime versions)?

Thanks.

l.

Found this thread because I am appalled by the changes and am seeking a way to get back the old interface. I wanted to return a call I picked up 30 minutes ago. Previously, I would just click the most recent entry in a clean organized list that was space efficient. Now I don't see my last call at all, and the listing is an abomination. This needs to be fixed. The left hand side listing should be reverted!!
