How to identify the organization managing my Apple devices?

Help, please. All of my Apple Devices are managed, however the organization does not appear to have it removed.

I downloaded my data from Apple my device model read educational and enterprise. There were a lot of apps that I didn't download. XCode, Testflight and Research.

Is there anyway possible to find out who is managing your device? It's one after the other with me.

Doesn't somebody have a record of this?

Thanks for any info. I am ready to purchase a talk/text only phone-if they exist. Haha.
