Waves Plugins don't work at 192 kHz

Waves plugins won't work in my 192 kHz project. This is a problem.

Now, before you tell me off: "Why are you using a 192 kHz sampling rate? There's no reason to do it and the result is imperceptible and it's gonna waste computational resources and disk space! 192 kHz is a marketing ploy! What are you thinking a;didlkjsamovlkjwrigkannghf???!?", the reason why I'm doing it is because I'm going to down-pitch the project files by as much as 2 octaves because I like it that way. Naturally, a much higher sample rate is required to maintain quality with that level of pitch shifting. (192 kHz sample rate ends up playing back at "only" 48 kHz at that low a pitch.)

How do I get all my plugins to work at this high a sample rate?
