iPad Magnet connectivity are not working with ipad pencil.

I purchased my iPad in 2022. At that time, I wasn’t using an Apple Pencil, so I didn’t realize there might be any issue with the iPad’s magnetic connector.

Recently, I bought an Apple Pencil, but it wouldn’t attach or charge properly. Initially, I thought the issue was with the Pencil, so I visited an Apple Authorized Service Center. After checking both devices, they informed me that the iPad’s magnetic connector is weak and not functioning correctly, preventing it from connecting to the Pencil.

I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue. Please let me know the next steps for repair or service.
