Is it possible to remove Safari from iPhone?

There are many ways to accomplish what you seek. Start with Block apps, app downloads, websites, and purchases on iPhone - Apple Support. For example, you can also block specific websites.

Personally, I wouldn’t, as at some point, you’ll need it for something, though it actually looks like you can press and hold on it and choose to delete it, and you could presumably reinstall it from the App Store.

Personally, I would instead just move it to a place where it’s harder to notice it, maybe moving it off of the main screen might help you? Sticking it in a folder a few screens over from the main one?

I think technically you also might be able to set limits for how long you can use it.

yeah, I double checked, and you can use screen time to add time limits for how long you can use a specific app. Though personally I’d be iffy on doing that too on something so basic as a web browser I may need, but all 3 of those ideas might be options for you?

I think personally I would just move it off the main screen though

Perhaps another idea may be to use official

Gmail App (apple app store) & to use Gmail

as practical virtual default. You can chose it!

Within the iPhone, that should work fine

~ then leave Safari for important stuff.

Maybe consider try Brave browser too?

For things regarding YouTube & Google Accts

detailed settings are allowed to adjust in iOS.
