Making an album/CD style "playlist."

I have a bunch of songs "bookmarked" in, what I think is a "folder." In that folder, I can only play those saved songs individually. I want to be able to play them like an album or CD. Someone did answer me the first time I posted this question. It said to go to the Apple Music app(?). Is the "Music" app the thing at the bottom of my screen that's a white musical note on a red background? I go to the app, I think, but I do not see any step by step instructions on how to do proceed. First related question to going forward with this: do I have to pay a monthly fee to be able to do this, or can it be done for free? Where, or how do I find, step by step instructions on how to accomplish this? I have less then zero computer skills, so unless there are specific, step by step instructions, I haven't a clue as to how to even start. Does youTube have specific, computer idiot instructions, on how to do this? I have NEVER, EVER understood computer protocol. Any and all "explain it to me like I'm a two-year old" instruction(s) would be most helpful. Thank you.
