Unlocking iPhone 11 from previous owner's iCloud account

I Recently bought a used iPhone 11 and it’s locked to the previous owners account.i have tried contacting them but they’re not responding.is there anyway to get iPhone locked to owner bypass without password?

The unfortunate reality is that without the cooperation of the prior — but still registered with Apple — iPhone owner, the phone will NEVER work for you.

There is very likely a reason that the former "owner" is not responding. They have your money, but they were not the owner of the phone. The phone was stolen, and it is still locked to the "real" owner.


I'm sorry, but you will have to chalk this one up as a hard lesson learned about the dangers of buying a used phone.
