Apple Account disabled with $1430 balance from gift cards

My apple account is disabled without me doing anything wrong . It was having 1430$ balance in it redeemed by gift card for purchasing a iphone . Those gift card were purchased from apple store have a receipt . Its been a month apple customer support cant help me and there answer is you cant get ur funds back
