Seems you would need to proceed as if the password was a forgotten one, in order to access your Mac.
As Apple users, like yourself, in this user-to=user community we have no access to your accounts or details. We do not know which Mac model (year) and software ( Mac OS) version you are using in order to provide accurate info.
