Unable to find macOS Sequoia update on MacBook Pro M3 running Sonoma

Currently on Mac OS Sonoma latest version and using M3 Macbook Pro.

I want to upgrade to Mac OS Sequoia but it's not showing on the list of available updates.

The only option showing is Mac OS 26.

I don't want to upgrade yet to Mac OS 26.

Thanks

Thanks for the suggestion. But i really can't find it on the General-Software Update method in the Settings.

That maybe because you're currently running Sonoma instead of just needing an incremental Sequoia update.

At this point, I think that you're going to have to follow dialabrain's suggestion and get Sequoia from the App Store.
