Suspicious mailer-daemon email from unknown iCloud address

So I just got an email from mailer-dae*********

I read it’s something of sending goes wrong. But I haven’t send any emails in a long time. The screenshot attached is what the mail looks like. I’m sorry if you can’t read it it’s in Dutch But another thing is to what email they send it. Because I don’t own any email called 42******@icloud.com

is this a scam or is it real? (Other screenshot shows the information when I click on the name of the sender)

Again, everybody gets these emails even this of us who don't have an Apple account. Just like everyone else, your email address is out there for everybody to see, but they don't need passwords for what they're doing. This is not evidence of a compromised account.

Related: I have had at least 4 spoof arrivals in my primary email box of garbage spam with mailer-mail@iCloud as the sender (underneath some kind of fake promotion or company name) in the last two hours. None look like bounces—they have graphics and html. Can I assume my account was not hacked? (Maybe the mailer-daemon address was?) I have been deleting them.
