I had bought apple c type earpods 3months back ! The c pin has been bent from the beginning and sometimes the sound does not work

If the pin appeared to be bent "from the beginning," why didn't you return it for either a full refund or a replacement within the 14-day period that Apple provides you to do so?
Regardless, at this point, Apple does not repair them. You now have the option to have an Apple Technician inspect the bent connector to see if the damage was a manufacturing defect or user caused. Since you only had them for 3 months, they would still be covered under the 1-year Apple warranty ... but only if they are found defective.
