I cannot add capital one venture X credit card to apple wallet. Card is not being verified on capital one mobile app. Spoke to Capital one representative and she said since you are overseas, the card has to be added to apple Pay within the United States. I believe some of you with capital one cards may have similar issues and I wonder, if there is any work around that, while overseas.

Your iPhone reports where you are geographically when adding a card. If you turn it off, the bank automatically rejects your attempt. Try too bank times and the bank and/or payment network operator will lock you card from future attempts because they suspect fraud. Sorry.
