Ordered iPhone 17 over a week ago, still no update

First of all, we don't know if your order is delayed? When you order anything from Apple, Apple ALWAYS provides a date range when you can expect to get your order. What is the date range Apple provided on the order confirmation?

The status for orders are as follows:

1. Processing - your order will remain in processing until just before it is being prepared to ship
2. Preparing to Ship - at this point, Apple will charge your payment method and they are getting your order ready to ship
3. Shipped - Apple has handed the order over to the shipper and Apple will email you a tracking confirmation email

Unless Apple told you your iPhone would come by today (highly unlikely if you just ordered it 10 days ago) then your order isn't delayed.

Why do you think that it’s “delayed?”

What expected delivery date(s) were you provided?

When were you told it would be delivered?
