Incorrect album art on iPhone despite correct iTunes display

When I play my music on my iPhone, I see the wrong album art. iTunes on my PC does show the correct album art. Any tips on how to fix this?

I am having the same problem on my iPhone 18 Pro, latest version. Correct artwork in Music app w/ latest version. Music files with correct artwork download properly on iPadOS. Have reinstalled Music app on phone, no difference.
