Mail app works and some others, but apps like Image Playground, CapCut, Speedtest by Ookla, and some others that I don't know about yet do not have any access to the internet. Because of this, I cannot sign into CapCut, generate ChatGPT images on Image Playground, or test internet speed on Speedtest. The website also does not work; I am using Google Chrome.
I use no proxies, no VPNs, and no firewall.

I don't use CapCut but I have no problem using SpeedTest or ChatGPT in Image Playground.

Try booting into Safe Mode then restart normally. Sometimes that will fix anomalies.
Try a different browser.
