Thanks for your help and i finally got it to show "Your Photos" on the wallpaper app, i wish i cold take the credit but i simply read others fix for the problem in Tahoe,

"To fix it for me i opened a photo in the photos app and pressed the share icon and selected "Set Wallpaper". This took a good minute before anything happened but the photo was then set on the desktop AND all the missing photos options appeared!" Looks like the Mac Community came through after all! Cheers!

Thanks! i did this, select Services > Set Desktop Picture with a picture and it worked, the image went on my desktop but nothing changed with my wallpaper system settings, i.e. nothing showed up like + Add Folder” or “Add Photo Album" so i can't control the image

To be clear, the "Add Photos" & "Add Folder or Albums" buttons from Sequoia have been replaced by "Your Photos".

Click on the "Add Photo…" icon to get the Options available.

okay, so here is a screen shot of my wallpapers settings under the system, where is "your photos" supposed to be?

Now that I have made it to a Mac to check on things, they moved the Photos option to the top, under Dynamic Wallpapers and before Landscapes, renaming it to "Your Photos." In an earlier version of Tahoe, it was still named Photos and at the bottom of the list like in Sequoia.

I can't understand how a third-party system modification would alter that display, but their programmers never cease to amaze me with their ingenuity.
