In Wallpaper, Tahoe, 26.0.1 why don't i have a way to add my own photos or a folder of photos and control how they are sized and frequency of the showing. there is no add your won photos buttons on my system wallpaper settings, is this normal?

Thanks for your help and i finally got it to show "Your Photos" on the wallpaper app, i wish i cold take the credit but i simply read others fix for the problem in Tahoe,
"To fix it for me i opened a photo in the photos app and pressed the share icon and selected "Set Wallpaper". This took a good minute before anything happened but the photo was then set on the desktop AND all the missing photos options appeared!" Looks like the Mac Community came through after all! Cheers!
i.e. nothing showed up like + Add Folder” or “Add Photo Album" so i can't control the image
There is nothing named either of those. As the instructions posted earlier state, you add your own images to “Photos.”
