Hi swetha148
welcome to the Apple Community!
Re: "Alarm volume going down on its own : "Every two days I have to increase volume of ringtones and alerts. The change with buttons is off, voice over is off, attention aware is off. It still does this."
Thank you for your post to this Apple (user-to-user) community,
Seems from your post you have iOS 18 installed on the iPhone 15.
Apple has provided various bug-fixes in iOS update versions since iOS 18 was released
About iOS 18 Updates - Apple Support eg: says iOS 18.7.1 is the latest of many iOS18 versions.
or
If you have upgraded to iOS 26
About iOS 26 Updates - Apple Support eg: says iOS 26.0.1 is the first update for iOS26 version
NB: If you decide to update or upgrade the iOS version, it is always wise to back-up iPhone first.
Else:
If your iPhone 15's iOS version is up-to-date with either iOS 18.7.1 or iOS 26,0.1
If you haven't tried it already: Try restarting your iPhone, as hat often restores order when something is not working as expected.
If needed: You might want to send feedback to reach those who work on the software behind-the-scenes at Apple. They will likely not reply, yet your feedback will be carefully read and logged. If others have a similar issue, and Apple gets info. on which iPhone models and iOS versions are affected, we may see an update that addresses the issue.

Re: " ... love to see if there is more useless updates that you want me to turn off."
We are all Apple users, like yourself in the community.
No one here wants you to do, or not do, anything in particular with your settings or updates.
Some of us may prefer to upgrade to a brand new iOS version right away, in order to explore new features, whether or not bugs arise when the various combinations of iPhone models / iOS versions begin to use the software.
.
Some of us prefer to hold off upgrading to a brand new iOS version until the inevitable software bugs have been uncovered and rectified via at least a few updates, or more.
Apple welcomes feedback / bug-reports / feature requests etc. from Apple users via the various feedback web-forms available on its feedback website: Product Feedback - Apple.
All the best :-)
