You can't. You have a stolen phone.

Return it and get your money back. If you can't do that, turn it over to the police or contact the company directly to return it. they can track the location of the device. You really don't want to get tagged for receiving stolen property.

If you want to use the phone, your uncle will need to contact Thompson and ask them to remove the management profile (MDM) that they placed on the phone.
