How can I change the trash emptying sound in OS Tahoe? The door slam thing is super annoying, especially when using it all day while working. Totally over it. The crinkled paper sound was the best one.

You can’t but you can turn off the sound altogether if it so annoys you.
System Settings->Sound->Play user interface sound effects->toggle OFF.
