Can my iPad Pro model A2378 be charged wirelessly

I don’t believe wireless is an option on any iPad.

It’s certainly not listed in the specs for your particular model:

Have you possibly tried a different USB-C cable?

I had a port issue and my iPad was replaced under my AppleCare+ plan. It was a pleasant experience.

Before taking it in, I would shine a bright light in the charging port. They get dirty, affecting continuity.

I have never had an Apple charger fail. I have, however, had numerous charging cords— both Apple and aftermarket— fail. That is suspect #1 in my book.

The USC-C design moved the bulk of the “wear” parts to the less-expensive to replace cable.

However, crud in the iPad receptacle can also limit the plug’s insertion distance; resulting in incomplete electrical connections and poor mechanical latching; with even a perfectly good cable.

Indeed.

All the spring-loaded / moving “wear” parts are contained in the cable’s end connectors.
