Menu Bar transparency in MacOS26

I'd like to express my feelings about the new menu bar. It looks nice, but I can say it has a lot of bugs. For example, if I use the menu bar in "Always hide the menu bar" mode and try to reveal the menu bar by hovering the mouse and if a window is at the level of the menu bar, I'll see two different menu bar views(one with background and other is transparent and its usually impossible to distinguish the items in the menu bar) within two or three tries. I did not change any settings between them. To illustrate, I've included a few photos taken maybe 15 seconds apart.

Try making some changes—

You can change the transparency of the Menu bar

you can leave the menubar visible

change out of Full Screen mode(?)
