Iphone 13 mini absolutely ruined by IOS update

My iPhone 13 mini has a new battery. It isn't on low power mode. It doesn't have background app refresh, or VPN apps, and I have reduced motion and transparency. It has been several weeks since the update. It has the latest update. It has been restarted. It has over 100GB of memory free.

My phone has been rendered useless by this new iOS. Why?

Are there any tips to get it working again? Can I revert back to the old iOS?

By rendered useless, I mean that it is so slow that a reasonable person would get frustrated, particularly if apple sponsored and encouraged them to "update" (speed and usability are generally understood in my circles to be desirable traits, so clearly updating is not the same as an upgrade).
A certified iphone repair shop replaced my battery. Said battery was replaced 4 months ago. Do you think the non original battery is not playing nice with the new iOS?

Hello once more~ Yes… If the battery was not an Apple battery replaced by Apple or an Authorized Apple Service provider …that’s more than likely you problem. Apple may not help you now your iPhone has been tampered w but you can also set up an appointment and see?

You can’t turn it off, however;

Open Settings ➢ Accessibility ➢ Display & Text Size, then toggle Reduce Transparency = on.

Also in Settings ➢ Accessibility ➢ Motion, then toggle Reduce Motion = on.

In addition, you can provide ⇢ Product Feedback.

If enough requests are made, your feedback might help with future development, like a toggle in the settings.

Good luck! 👋🏼😉
