Contacts missing after restoring iPhone backup

Hi everyone,

I recently restored my iPhone from an iCloud backup, and I noticed that several of my contacts are missing. I’ve already checked iCloud → Contacts sync and tried restarting my phone, but the missing contacts still don’t appear. Has anyone faced this before or found a way to recover them without losing data?
