Hello, I want to restore everything that was deleted from my phone twice and protect my Apple phone. Several of my Apple phones have been damaged and others are analyzing all my things. I beg you if you can help me with this.

It depends upon how you store your data. Backups are the most thorough way, but if you use iCloud to sync data then simply signing back into iCloud should result in a lot of data reappearing.
